ELTEK's latest service is the Video Camera Upgrade. This comes to you from extensive research and development of 8mm transvideo units. We are introducing the option of film transfer with S-VHS quality using a high resolution video camera equipped with the most advanced Digital Signal Processing circuitry, combined with our optics repositioning*.
Many ELMO 8mm transvideo that come in for repair have a poor picture quality. This is generally caused by degradation of components (CCD, capacitors, resistors etc.) over a long period of time. Some of these units can be easily recalibrated, but most of them are beyond economical repair. Due to low cost of high resolution video cameras, you save money and improve the system by replacing the camera.
